- You need 1 cup of urad dal (washed and soaked for 6 hours).

Dahi Vada instructions
- Firstly grind the soaked urad dal in blender along with ginger, green chilli, whole cumin in a smooth paste by adding 4-5 tablespoon water. Whip the mixture with hand or whisker for 5 mins. Now in medium flame heat oil add urad dal paste 1 tablespoon at a time and fry the vadas until golden brown..
