- Heat pan, den will take 2 cup sugar n 1 cup water n stir it continuously till it comes to a boil, n a bit thicken add lemon juice n switchoff the flame n keep d syrup a side.
- Now heat an another pan, add suji n bake it well, now add 2 spoon ghee cook it for 2 more minutes n now add milk n milk powder n cook till it forms like dough.. let it be cool.
- Now knead it with ur hands finely n make small balls, n fry into ghee till golden brown on low flame.
- Let it be little cool n heat the sugar syrup a little, put the balls into syrup n leave it for two hours.
- So after two hours our julab jamun z ready to eat.
