Ingredients of Masala Dal Paratha
- It's 2 cups of wheat flour.
- You need 1/4 cup of chana dal(soaked for 2 hours).
- Prepare 2 of medium.sized radhish.
- Prepare 1 of medium sized spring onion.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's 2 tsp of chilli paste.
- Prepare 2 tsp of sugar.
- You need 2 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's of Water for binding.
- You need of Oil for shallow frying.
- Prepare of Wheat flour for rolling.
Masala Dal Paratha instructions
- Grind chanadal to a smooth paste and keep aside..
- Then in food processor put radish, spring onion and finely chop and keep aside..
- In a bowl take wheat flour, salt, sugar,red chilli powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and mix..
- Also add ground chanadal, chopped veggies, oil and mix well..
- Then add enough water and bind medium soft dough and keep covered for 10 minutes..
- Then make balls of lemon size and roll to a roti of medium thickness using wheat flour..
- Then shallow fry on hot tawa using oil till crisp and golden..
- Serve hot with raitas and pickles of your choice..
