  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon of roasted sesame seeds.
  11. It's 1 teaspoon of carom seeds.
  12. Prepare 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
  13. You need 2 teaspoon of oil.
  14. You need to taste of Salt.
  15. Prepare 1 teaspoon of chaat masala.
  16. You need 1/2 teaspoon of hing.
  17. You need of Water only if required.
  18. It's of Oil or ghee for shallow frying.

  1. Mix wheat flour, onion, coriander, hilli-garlic paste, salt, leftover sabzi, dal, all spices and above listed ingredients and knead soft dough. Apply oil on it. Let it rest for 20 minutes..
  2. Make equal sized balls of it, roll them into 6" disc..
  3. Heat a tawa. Shallow fry these parathas on medium heat from both the sides. Apply generous amount of oil/ghee while frying..
  4. Top it up with butter, Serve hot with curd or pickle..
  5. P.s.: Any leftover curry, dal can be used. If you are using pumpkin/bottlegourd/potato curry, then mash it before adding to flour. Use of water depends on consistency of curry/dal..
