Ingredients of Dahi vada

  1. Prepare 1 cup of udad ki dal.
  2. It's 250 gm of dahi.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of sugar.
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of meethi chutney(khajur Imli ki).
  5. It's 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  6. Prepare 1/2 of green chutney.
  7. It's 2-3 of green chilli.
  8. You need 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
  9. Prepare 1/4 tsp of methi dane.
  10. It's 1 of onion chopped.
  11. Prepare of Some sev bhujiya.
  12. It's of Homemade dahi bada masala.
  13. You need of Salt to teast.

Dahi Vada Recipe: 'melt in your mouth' dahi vada / dahi bhalla recipe (fried Indian lentil dumplings), that's served with Dahi Vada Recipe is also known as Dahi Bhalla, Dahi Bada or Dahi Bhalla Chaat. Dahi vada step by step

  1. First wash and soak urad Dal in a bowl for 3-4 hours.after drain well and Blend with some meethi ke dane add very little water in a mixer..
  2. Transfer the Dal mixture into a bowl add mix very well 10 minat.
  3. After that take a pan and add some oil and heat some time the you can start deep frying in medium heat with small oval shapes till deep brown in colour..
  4. Note-(or u can make your hand wet with water and take 1 tbsp batter and make small pit and our stuffing in between close it with a tbsp batter and deep fry them).
  5. Drain off in a kitchen paper after this soak the vadas in a 3 time water for 15-15 minutes. squeeze out and drain all the excess water keep aside..
  6. Now take a serving dish or bowl arrange stuffed vadas. Spread beaten curd (curd+sugar ko acche se Mila ke dalna hai) sprinkles homemade dahi bada masala, meethi chutney,Hari chutney, onion chopped,, coriander leaves,and any bhujiya sev. then Serve.
