- Prepare 100 gms of yellow moong dal.
- You need 1 bowl of wheat flour.
- You need To taste of Salt and chilli powder.
- You need To taste of Garam masala.
- You need To taste of Amchoor powder.
- You need as needed of Ghee.
Dal Paratha instructions
- Soak moong dal fr 2 hrs.Now take wheat flour add salt and chilli powder add little ghee and then knead it to a dough using water.
- Simultaneously in a pan boil water and add soaked mood dal salt and turmeric.
- Strain it in a sieve whn cooked.Allow to cool.Add dry spices to it.
- Now take a big ball of dough and stuff th masala dal and roll it.
- Now cook it on a hot tawa using ghee till crisp on both sides.
