- Prepare 1 cup of rawa.
- It's 11/2 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of milk powder.
- You need 11/2 cup of sakkar / sugar.
- You need 1/2 tsp of elaichi powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of chopped Dry fruits.
- You need 1 tsp of deshi ghee.
- Prepare As required of Oil & desi ghee for frying gulab jamun.

- Heat non stick pan add rawa and roast it for few minutes then add milk and stir continuously. So that it's does not get lumps, then add desi ghee & milk powder, cook it for a while and turn off the gas and keep it aside. Knead this mixture and make a dough out of it..
- Knead it well so that it becomes soft. Next, fry the gulab jamuns and be careful while frying so that it does not crack. Then heat another kadai with 1 cup water and sugar. Stir well so that the sugar gets dissolved and now add elachi powder and turn off the gas..
- Heat oil & ghee in a kadai for frying gulab jamun. Make a small ball from rawa mixture & deep fry it. Remove it from oil & add it in the sugar syrup, then leave it for 10 minutes so that the syrup gets absorbed into the gulab jamuns. Before serving add chopped dry fruits..
