  1. Prepare 1 cup of rawa.
  2. It's 11/2 cup of milk.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of milk powder.
  4. You need 11/2 cup of sakkar / sugar.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of elaichi powder.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of chopped Dry fruits.
  7. You need 1 tsp of deshi ghee.
  8. Prepare As required of Oil & desi ghee for frying gulab jamun.

  1. Heat non stick pan add rawa and roast it for few minutes then add milk and stir continuously. So that it's does not get lumps, then add desi ghee & milk powder, cook it for a while and turn off the gas and keep it aside. Knead this mixture and make a dough out of it..
  2. Knead it well so that it becomes soft. Next, fry the gulab jamuns and be careful while frying so that it does not crack. Then heat another kadai with 1 cup water and sugar. Stir well so that the sugar gets dissolved and now add elachi powder and turn off the gas..
  3. Heat oil & ghee in a kadai for frying gulab jamun. Make a small ball from rawa mixture & deep fry it. Remove it from oil & add it in the sugar syrup, then leave it for 10 minutes so that the syrup gets absorbed into the gulab jamuns. Before serving add chopped dry fruits..
