- Prepare 250 gm of paneer.
- Prepare 1 of large size capsicum.

- You need 1 tsp of cumin powder.

- Prepare to taste of Salt.

Paneer Tikka step by step
- Cut the paneer in square shaped cubes.
- The veggies also should be chopped in square shapes.
- Take a large size mixing bowl add hung curd and whisk it till it smooth.
- Add all the spice powder and salt with the curd and mix well.
- Now add all veggies and paneer to the marinate and keep in refrigerator atleast 1 hour.
- Remove after 1 hour from refrigerator and heat a nonstick pan, add butter and shallow fry both the sides till golden brown.
- I cooked only in pan without any skewers or any toothpicks, u can fry in skewers also, arrange paneer and veggies alternately on skewer or in a toothpick and shallow fry both sides, don't overcook. Now serve hot.
