  4. You need 50 grams of Curry leaves.
  5. Prepare 2 to 3 pieces of Green chillies.
  6. You need 800 grams of Dahi (curd).
  7. It's as per taste of Sugar and salt.
  8. It's as per taste of Black salt, roasted cumin powder, mango powder, chilli powder.

  4. Soak the vadas in water and let them soak for 18-20 minutes. Press each soaked vada into your palms to remove water..
  5. Beat the chilled sour curd with salt, sugar, cumin powder, black salt powder, mango powder. And put the vadas into the curd mixture..
  6. Now the time for garnishing. Garnish with tamarind chutney, mint Coriander chutney, sev, pomegranate, chaat masala, coriander leaves..
