Ingredients of Chicken Ekka
- You need 300 grms of boneless Chicken.
- Prepare 1/3 cup of Kaju+magaz powder.
- It's 1/2 cup of fresh cream.
- Prepare 1 of egg.
- Prepare 2 pinch of Green colour.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Chinese salt.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tsp of white pepper powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of green chilli sauce.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of tomato sos.
- It's 2 tbsp of kaju tukda.
- You need 5-6 of green chilli.
- You need 8 of garlic colves.
- You need 1 tbsp of grinded ginger.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of cornflour.
- It's 2 tbsp of maida.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of rice flour.
- You need 1/4 cup of bread crumbs.
- You need as needed of Oil.
- Prepare Aa needed of Corinder leaves paste(1/4 cup).
- Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's 1/3 cup of butter.
- It's 1 of cheese cube.
- It's 1/4 cup of Milk.
- Prepare As needed of Chopped corinder leaves for garnishing.
Chicken Ekka step by step
- Take chicken pieces in a bowl(I use bone chicken if u like u can also use chicken with bone piece) add egg+ green colour+salt + Chinese salt+ white pepper powder+ corinder paste+ ginger garlic paste and mix it well keep aside for 10 mins.then add cornflour+maida+rice flour+bread crumbs and mix it well..
- Heat oil and fry the chicken pieces untill golden and crispy..
- Now take kadhai put 2 tbsp oil and butter when butter gets melt add grinded green chilli and garlic kaju tukda and saute for 1 mins.add kaju powder+ green chilli sos + tomato sos + white vinegar+salt + green colour and mix it well and saute for 2 mins..
- Now add fresh cream and milk and give it a mix put chicken pieces and mix it well and cook for 1 mins.turnoff the gas and put grated cheese and chopped corinder leaves..
- Serve hot as a starter or u can also have it with paratha or roti..
