Ingredients of Chicken Ekka

  1. You need 300 grms of boneless Chicken.
  2. Prepare 1/3 cup of Kaju+magaz powder.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of fresh cream.
  4. Prepare 1 of egg.
  5. Prepare 2 pinch of Green colour.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of Chinese salt.
  7. You need to taste of Salt.
  8. It's 1 tsp of white pepper powder.
  9. You need 1 tbsp of green chilli sauce.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of tomato sos.
  11. It's 2 tbsp of kaju tukda.
  12. You need 5-6 of green chilli.
  13. You need 8 of garlic colves.
  14. You need 1 tbsp of grinded ginger.
  15. Prepare 1/4 cup of cornflour.
  16. It's 2 tbsp of maida.
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp of rice flour.
  18. You need 1/4 cup of bread crumbs.
  19. You need as needed of Oil.
  20. Prepare Aa needed of Corinder leaves paste(1/4 cup).
  21. Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  22. It's 1/3 cup of butter.
  23. It's 1 of cheese cube.
  24. It's 1/4 cup of Milk.
  25. Prepare As needed of Chopped corinder leaves for garnishing.

Chicken Ekka step by step

  1. Take chicken pieces in a bowl(I use bone chicken if u like u can also use chicken with bone piece) add egg+ green colour+salt + Chinese salt+ white pepper powder+ corinder paste+ ginger garlic paste and mix it well keep aside for 10 mins.then add cornflour+maida+rice flour+bread crumbs and mix it well..
  2. Heat oil and fry the chicken pieces untill golden and crispy..
  3. Now take kadhai put 2 tbsp oil and butter when butter gets melt add grinded green chilli and garlic kaju tukda and saute for 1 mins.add kaju powder+ green chilli sos + tomato sos + white vinegar+salt + green colour and mix it well and saute for 2 mins..
  4. Now add fresh cream and milk and give it a mix put chicken pieces and mix it well and cook for 1 mins.turnoff the gas and put grated cheese and chopped corinder leaves..
  5. Serve hot as a starter or u can also have it with paratha or roti..
