  1. You need 150 grams of almonds whole/chopped.
  2. It's 100 grams of pumpkin seeds.
  3. Prepare 100 grams of sunflower/any other seeds.
  4. It's 40 grams of white sesame seeds.
  5. Prepare 150 grams of salted peanuts.
  6. It's 200 grams of rolled oats.
  7. It's 200 grams of organic honey.
  8. You need 100 grams of roughly chopped walnuts.
  9. It's 20 of mili litre pure organic coconut oil.
  10. It's 200 grams of dried cranberries.
  11. You need of Salt to season.
  12. It's 2-3 tablespoon of vanilla essence.

Nutty Granola Bars instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  2. Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and season with salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the honey, oil and vanilla in another bowl and whisk well to combine.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and toss well.
  5. Line a baking paper on a square baking tin or a baking tray.
  6. Transfer the mix onto the tray and layer it well.
  7. Place the tray in the center of the oven and bake till you see the surface light brown.
  8. Take the tray off the oven and let cool for a while.
  9. Cut into pieces once done and store airtight.
  10. Best consumed within 2 months.
  11. Tip: the choice of nuts and seeds are completely upto to you. Honey can be replaced by agave syrup too.
