- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and keep aside..
- In another bowl mix all wet ingredients and beat well and keep aside..
- In another bowl mix tutti fruity, cranberries, choco chips, cashew and 1 tsp maida and mix well and keep aside..
- Now to the wet mix add the dry ingredients slowly while beating constantly..
- Then add the nuts mixture and vanilla essence and fold in gently..
- Add 1 more tsp of milk if required because many times rawa soaks more of liquid..
- Consistency should be dropping..
- Now take 5 inches loaf tin and apply oil and spread well..
- Then put 2-3 tbsp of maida and rotate the tin so that it gets dusted well..
- Then pour in the prepared batter and spread evenly..
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 25 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clean..
- Cool on a wire rack and unmould..
- Cut and serve with tea..
