  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and keep aside..
  2. In another bowl mix all wet ingredients and beat well and keep aside..
  3. In another bowl mix tutti fruity, cranberries, choco chips, cashew and 1 tsp maida and mix well and keep aside..
  4. Now to the wet mix add the dry ingredients slowly while beating constantly..
  5. Then add the nuts mixture and vanilla essence and fold in gently..

  8. Now take 5 inches loaf tin and apply oil and spread well..
  9. Then put 2-3 tbsp of maida and rotate the tin so that it gets dusted well..
  10. Then pour in the prepared batter and spread evenly..
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 25 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clean..
