- Prepare 1/2 bowl of Arhar daal/pulses.
- Prepare 1/2 bowl of moong daal/pulses.
- Prepare 1 bowl of wheat flour.
- You need 2 of onion.
- You need 2 of green chillies.
- It's 4 of garlic.
- You need 1 tsp of gram flour.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of grated ginger.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of carom seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 1 pinch of asafoetida.
- Prepare As needed of Chopped coriander leaves.
- It's of Salt as per taste.

Mixed Daal paratha instructions
- First wash both the daal/pulses 3 times with water & cooked in a pressure cooker with 3 whistle in low flame..
- Meanwhile chopped vegetables like onion,green chillies,garlic & fresh coriander leaves..
- After 3 whistle open the cooker lid & let them cool..
- Take a big bowl add wheat flour & 1 spoon gram flour then add all chopped vegetables like onion,green chillies,ginger garlic & corrainder leaves then mix well..
- Now add all dry spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper & asafoetida, cumin seeds & carom seeds & salt too..
- Daal get cool so add slowly in a flour with hands to make a soft dough..
- No need to add water..
- Quantity of daal required quantity of flour so don't use water..
- Prepare a soft dough without using water it's completely daal dough for paratha so keep aside for few minutes..
- Heat the pan & make Paratha as per your likings shape like traingle or square..
- Shallow fry with less oil for both the sides..
- Serve hot with homemade curd or homemade butter or any types of Chutney or pickle..
