- Soak moong daal add 2 Tbs Udad daal overnight. Grind it make fine paste. Add heeng powder & soda beat with the help of hand 2-3 minutes it becomes fluffy.
- Take a kadai pour mustard oil heat it until it very hot smokey.now sim the gas oil becomes normal temperature deep frying the bade on medium flame now sim gas stove,after 2,3 minutes. Now Vada is ready keep aside..
- CHANDIYA - soak udad daal wash overnight now grind it with minimum water.with the help of Bangles give the shape of chandia with the help of wet hands insert kali mirch & Deep fried. Now chandiya is ready. For serveing,in hot water add salt 1 tsp add moong daal bada & chandiya soal 1,2 hour & squeeze lightly removed excess water.
