- You need of Juice of 1 large orange (preferably freshly extracted and chilled).
- Prepare 1 tbspn of toasted sunflower/melon seeds.
- You need of Few sprigs of fresh mint leaves.

- Blend them until smooth without using any milk(in case very thick, use more chilled orange juice).
