- You need 1/2 cup of whole white urad.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of yellow moong dal.
- Prepare 1 tsp of green chillies ginger paste.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need as required of Oil for frying.
- Prepare 1 litre of milk for curd.
- It's 6 tbsp of sugar.
- Prepare as per taste of Red chilli powder.

Angoori Dahi Wada instructions
- Wash both whole white urad / Dal and yellow moong dal 4-5 times in water. Soak them separately for 6 hours. First grind urad/dal then add moong dal in wet grinder to smooth batter. Add green chillies ginger paste, salt to taste and mix well for 5 mins to make it fluffy..
- Heat oil in kadhai. Drop medium size ball from prepare batter in hot oil. Deep fry on medium flame till light brown in colour..
