  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of yellow moong dal.

  1. Wash both whole white urad / Dal and yellow moong dal 4-5 times in water. Soak them separately for 6 hours. First grind urad/dal then add moong dal in wet grinder to smooth batter. Add green chillies ginger paste, salt to taste and mix well for 5 mins to make it fluffy..
