Ingredients of Paneer Tikka
- You need 1 cup of hung curd.
- Prepare 3 tsp of roasted besan.
- It's 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tsp of tandoori masala.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It's to taste of Red chilli powder accd.
- You need 1 cup of paneer.
- Prepare 1 cup of chopped onion,tomatoes and shimla mirch.
Paneer Tikka step by step
- First marinate paneer with hung curd,besan,salt,red chilli powder,tandoori masala and ginger garlic paste.
- Add paneer cubes,onion,tomatoes and shimla mirch marinate atleast for 30 mins.
- Afterwards take a toothpick insert paneer,tomatoes,onion and shimla mirch and bake it for 10 mins till it's done and serve it with green Chutney.
