- Take 1½ cup of urad dal and wash properly. Now soak in water for 4-5 hours..
- Now drain water and add ½ cup curd and crush in mixer to make a fine paste..
- Now in paste add salt, chilli paste and mix well the batter, mix the batter with spoon in one direction to make it light and fluffy for that shake better well and well..
- Now take another bowl and add yogurt to it.then add sugar powder, salt and mix well..
- Now heat oil in a kadhai and fry vadas..
- Keep them in water. Then remove excess water. Now take a plate and arrange vadas on it..
- Now add green chutney, date tamarind chutney, lots of sweet yogurt, chat masala cumin powder, red chilli powder and garnish with coriander leaves..
- Now serve this tempting dahi vada..
