  1. Prepare 250 gm of yogurt.
  2. It's 120 gm of whole wheat flour.
  3. Prepare 25 gm of powdered quick cooking oats.
  4. You need 30 gm of cocoa powder.
  5. You need 25 of gm. Finger millet/Ragi flour.
  6. You need 1 of ts baking soda.
  7. You need 3 Tb of vegetable oil.
  8. Prepare 150 gm of coconut/palm sugar.
  9. It's 1 of ts vanila essence.

Finger Millet-Oats Brownie instructions

  1. Sieve all the dry ingredients, except sugar in a bowl.
  2. Combine yogurt, sugar,vanila and oil in another bowl and whisk well till sugar dissolves.
  3. Now add the dry ingredients to the yogurt mix and fold in well.
  4. Grease a baking dish with a Tb butter /oil.
  5. Pour in the brownie mix into it and level / flatten the surface.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degree celcius or until done.
  7. Let cool and take the brownie off on a plate and cut into pieces.
  8. Store airtight and indulge!!.
