- Knead a soft dough with flour salt sugar oil and water,keep aside.
- Now heat oil and add all the masalas saute well adding sugar and salt.
- Add the boiled daal and turmeric powder.
- Mix well and switch off.
- Now take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape.
- Fill it in with the daal mix.
- Cover it with another round shape roti.
- Press it from all sides and fry on a pan with oil.
- Prepare rest of the parathas following the same process.
