- Smear salt on the chicken pieces and fry them golden brown.Set aside.Make a paste of 1 green chilli,sesame seeds,cashewnuts.Mix the paste along with curd,fresh cream and ginger paste.Heat butter alongwith little oil and sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala and 1/2 tsp ajwain.When they splutter,add the ground paste and biryani masala.Mix in the chicken,salt and black pepper..
