- It's 500 grams of bone-less Chicken cubes.
- It's 2 of nos onion cut into (diced).
- It's 20 of garlic cloves chopped.
- You need 4 of nos green chilli chopped.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger paste.
- Prepare 2 tsp of garlic paste.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1 of egg.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of sugar.
- It's 3 tbsp of cornflour.
- You need 1 tbsp of fine semolina.
- It's 1 tbsp of gram flour (besan).
- Prepare 4 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1 of capsicum cut into diced.
- You need 2 tbsp of tomato sauce.
- It's 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chilli sauce.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vinegar.
- It's 1 cup of water.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of finely chopped spring onion.
- Prepare 1 tsp of sesame seeds.
Spicy Chicken instructions
- Marinate the chicken with salt to taste, add gram flour, cornflour 2 tbsp, semolina, turmeric powder, oil 1 tsp, ginger, garlic paste & mix well. Keep aside for 10 mins..
- Heat oil in a kadai then fry all chicken cubes in a low flame till golden brown in colour..
- In the same kadai again heat remaining oil then add chopped garlic, chopped chilli, cook for 1 minute in high flame. Then add capsicum, onion, add all sauces one by one, stir it continuously then add 1 cup of water with 1tbsp corn flour, mix well, then add fried chicken stir it properly. Add salt to taste. then add sugar, mix well, cook for 2 mins. (Mind the salt as sauces have salt.) Then add vinegar mix well, sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onion. Serve hot with rice..
