- You need 250 gram of paneer cut into cubes.

- In a mixing bowl,add all the ingredients except paneer and mix well..

- After 1 hour,again mix the paneer gently and then skewer the paneer pieces in skewers..
- Now place the skewers in a hot charcoal lighted tandoor and cook it in high heat..
- Turn the tikkas every 5-10 seconds to ensure a even cooking..
