  1. You need 250 gram of paneer cut into cubes.
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp of cream.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of cashew nut paste.

  6. You need 1 tsp of green cardamom powder.

  1. In a mixing bowl,add all the ingredients except paneer and mix well..
  2. Now add the paneer pieces into it and marinate gently.Cover the bowl and let it rest for an hour..
  3. After 1 hour,again mix the paneer gently and then skewer the paneer pieces in skewers..
  4. Now place the skewers in a hot charcoal lighted tandoor and cook it in high heat..
  5. Turn the tikkas every 5-10 seconds to ensure a even cooking..
  6. After the paneer starts getting golden spots,it all ready..
  7. Serve hot with red or green chutneys..
