  1. Leftover yellow dal has been used in this like u can use leftover MOONG DAL or Toor/Arhar dal to Knead the dough.
  2. You can add green chillies,chopped onion and a pinch of salt (as there is already salt in the dal).
  3. Knead the dough and let the dough to rest for 5 to 10 min to set.
  4. After 10 min grease your hand with refined oil and again Knead dough for 1 min and you are done.
  5. Make yummy paranthas and serve hot with pickle or curd or butter or anything you like..
