- Prepare As per taste of Salt (to taste).
- You need 1 of Chopped onion.
- It's Few of Green chillies (optional).
- It's as required of Desi ghee or refined oil.

- Leftover yellow dal has been used in this like u can use leftover MOONG DAL or Toor/Arhar dal to Knead the dough.
- You can add green chillies,chopped onion and a pinch of salt (as there is already salt in the dal).
- Knead the dough and let the dough to rest for 5 to 10 min to set.
- After 10 min grease your hand with refined oil and again Knead dough for 1 min and you are done.
- Make yummy paranthas and serve hot with pickle or curd or butter or anything you like..
