  1. You need 1 cup of Matta Rice.
  2. It's 3/4 cup of grated coconut.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of Jaggery grated.
  4. It's Few of Toasted cashewnuts.
  5. It's 1/8 tsp of Cardamom powder.

PREPARATION METHOD: Wash the Rice and sprinkle little salt water. Roast the Rice in medium heat till it is crisp and golden brown. Ari unda is an easy to prepare snack item which is healthy and cheap. Rice rava is also known as Cream of rice or Rice rava or Rice sooji. it is basically coarsely ground idli rice or parboiled rice.

  1. Wash rice and drain it..
  2. Heat a pan and roast the rice till it changes it's colour uniformly to a darker shade and once it's crisp and shrinks a bit switch off the flame and transfer it into a plate let it cool down..

  4. Take a mixer grinder jar and tip in roasted rice and grind into a fine powder. Once done add rest of the ingredients and grind for 30 secs so that everything mix together..
  5. Transfer the above mixture onto a plate take a small portion of the mixture in your hand shape them into round ladoos these laddoos tends to harden and that's ok..
