- Prepare 1 cup of paneer cubes.
- Prepare 1 cup of green bell pepper cubes.
- Prepare 1 cup of red bell pepper cubes.
- You need 1 cup of yellow bell pepper cubes.

- You need 1 cup of hung curd.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tbsp of haldi powder.

- You need 1 tsp of garam masala.

- It's 1 tsp of coriander cumin powder.

- You need 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- You need 3-4 tbsp of oil for shallow frying.
- You need 1 tbs of lemon juice.
- Prepare As required of black salt.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of chaat masala.
Paneer Tikka step by step
- For marination..take a bowl in that add hung curd and then one by one add all dry masala and salt..
- Now add 1 tbs oil and 1 tbs lemon juice..
- Mix all the ingredients very well and make smooth paste..
- Now add all the veggies cubes in that coat with the paste well..
- Cover and keep it in refrigerator for 30 mins..
- After 30 mins..take it out and give them a good mix again..
- Now take the skewers and start arranging all the veggies one by one..
- Prepare all these with same procedure..
- Heat up a pan with 3 tbs oil..
- Now place all the prepared skewers nicely..
- Cook them from all the sides by turning them frequently..
- When it changes it's colour and becomes crisp from outer layer then it's done...
