  2. It's 50 g of cocoa powder.
  3. Prepare 7.5 g of ginger powder.
  4. Prepare 5 g of baking powder.
  5. It's 2.5 g of salt.
  6. Prepare 100 g of icing sugar.
  7. You need 300 gms of margarine.
  8. It's 100 ml of milk.

Homemade digestive biscuits step by step

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add margarine.
  3. Mix it all till everything is mixed up.
  4. Add milk.
  5. Mix with hands to make dough.
  6. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
  7. Untill your dough is all nice.
  8. Now roll it out and flatten with a rolling pin then use a round cutter or glass to cut into biscuit shape.
  9. Use a toothpick to poke some holes.
  10. Grease baking tray and place the biscuits.
  11. Bake for 20mins till they turn Brown.
