- You need 1 cup of cubes paneer.
- It's 3-4 cubes of red bell pepper(optional).
- Prepare 1 cup of cubes onions.
- You need 3 tbsp of oil.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of garam masala.
- You need 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of kasoori methi.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of haldi powder.
- It's 3-4 of chopped green chillies.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It's 2 tbsp of thick curd.
- You need 1/4 cup of water.
- Prepare 1 of bay leaf.
- You need 2 of cardamoms.
- It's 2 of cloves.
- You need 1 of red dry whole chilli.
- You need 2 of finely chopped onions.
- You need 2 tbsp of tomato sauce.
Paneer Tikka Masala step by step
- Heat up oil in a pan..
- Add cubes onions and saute them 1 min,then take them out in a plate..
- Now in the same pan add bay leaf,cardemom,cloves and red chilli whole,saute them for 10 sec..
- Now add finely chopped onions and fry them untill golden brown.Add red bell pepper too.(optional)you can use green also..
- Now add ginger garlic paste,green chilli and cook for a min..
- Then add tomato sauce,thick curd (keep your flame on low)mix well and add 1/4 cup water...
- Cover with a lid and cook them for 2 mins..
- After 2 mins,add cubes paneer and fried onions cubes..mix them gently..
- Add kasoori methi and chopped coriander leaves...
- Cook them for another 2 min then switch off the flame serve hot with roti,naan and enjoy..
