Ingredients of Paneer Tikka Masala

  1. You need 1 cup of cubes paneer.
  2. It's 3-4 cubes of red bell pepper(optional).
  3. Prepare 1 cup of cubes onions.
  4. You need 3 tbsp of oil.
  5. You need as per taste of Salt.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of garam masala.
  10. You need 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of kasoori methi.
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp of haldi powder.
  13. It's 3-4 of chopped green chillies.
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  15. It's 2 tbsp of thick curd.
  16. You need 1/4 cup of water.
  17. Prepare 1 of bay leaf.
  18. You need 2 of cardamoms.

  22. You need 2 tbsp of tomato sauce.

Paneer Tikka Masala step by step

  1. Heat up oil in a pan..
  2. Add cubes onions and saute them 1 min,then take them out in a plate..
  3. Now in the same pan add bay leaf,cardemom,cloves and red chilli whole,saute them for 10 sec..
  4. Now add finely chopped onions and fry them untill golden brown.Add red bell pepper too.(optional)you can use green also..
  5. Now add ginger garlic paste,green chilli and cook for a min..
  6. Then add tomato sauce,thick curd (keep your flame on low)mix well and add 1/4 cup water...
  7. Cover with a lid and cook them for 2 mins..
  8. After 2 mins,add cubes paneer and fried onions cubes..mix them gently..
  9. Add kasoori methi and chopped coriander leaves...
  10. Cook them for another 2 min then switch off the flame serve hot with roti,naan and enjoy..
