- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour.
- It's 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 20 of raisins.
- It's 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 2 tsp of fennel seeds.
- It's 10 of pepper corns.
- You need 6 of cloves.
- Prepare 2 of green cardemom.
- Prepare 1 inch of cinnamon stick.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger powder.
- You need 3/4 cup of ghee.
- You need 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
Aata Haldi Laddu step by step
- Heat 1/4cup ghee in a heavy bottomed kadahi.Add wheat flour and roast on low flame..
- Roast for 25-30 minutes till a nice fragrence emits.Meanwhile dry roast all the spices on low flame for 5 minutes.(exept turmeric powder)..
- Grind the spices coarsely..
- Add to flour,mix.Add turmeric powder also.Mix and further roast for 5 minutes..
- Add raisins to the flour.Mix and add powdered sugar.Roast for more 5 minutes on low flame..
- Put off flame and take out flour mixture into a plate.Let be cooled.Add remaining ghee.Mix well and make lemon sized laddus.Best for immunity boosting and also relieve from cold and cough.Can be stored upto 1 month..
