  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour.
  2. It's 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  3. It's 20 of raisins.
  4. It's 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  5. Prepare 2 tsp of fennel seeds.
  6. It's 10 of pepper corns.
  7. You need 6 of cloves.
  8. Prepare 2 of green cardemom.
  9. Prepare 1 inch of cinnamon stick.
  10. You need 1 tsp of ginger powder.
  11. You need 3/4 cup of ghee.
  12. You need 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.

Aata Haldi Laddu step by step

  1. Heat 1/4cup ghee in a heavy bottomed kadahi.Add wheat flour and roast on low flame..
  2. Roast for 25-30 minutes till a nice fragrence emits.Meanwhile dry roast all the spices on low flame for 5 minutes.(exept turmeric powder)..
  3. Grind the spices coarsely..
  4. Add to flour,mix.Add turmeric powder also.Mix and further roast for 5 minutes..
  5. Add raisins to the flour.Mix and add powdered sugar.Roast for more 5 minutes on low flame..
  6. Put off flame and take out flour mixture into a plate.Let be cooled.Add remaining ghee.Mix well and make lemon sized laddus.Best for immunity boosting and also relieve from cold and cough.Can be stored upto 1 month..
