Ingredients of Thandai Besan Ladoo

  1. It's 2 Cup of Coarse Gram flour.
  2. It's 1 Cup of powdered sugar.
  3. You need 4 of cardamom crushed and powdered.
  4. It's 1/2 Cup of Ghee.
  5. You need 1/4 cup of cut roasted cashews.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of thandai powder.

Thandai Besan Ladoo instructions

  1. Dry roast the besan flour for few minutes until they turn fragrant.Dont burn it for less than 5min. Heat a pan and add the ghee and add the this dry roasted besan to it.
  2. Keep the flame on low and continue roasting it until it starts releasing ghee..it takes some 20 minutes or more.Continue roasting it till it gets a golden hue.Be watchful as to not burn it.After 5 more minutes transfer it to a bowl.And wait for it to cool slightly..
  3. Add the powdered sugar,cardamom powder and thandai mix to it.Also add the cashews and roll them into balls..
