  1. Prepare 2 of onions chopped.
  2. You need 300 grms of chicken.
  3. Prepare 2-3 of green chillies.
  4. You need 1/3 cup of cashewnuts.
  5. You need 2 of tomato.
  6. You need 2 tbsp of dahi.
  7. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  8. You need Pinch of Turmeric.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of cumin powder.

  12. Prepare 1 tbsp of ghee/butter.

  14. You need 1/4 tsp of lemon juice.

  1. Heat some oil put chopped onions and saute till transculent add green chilli and cashews and 1/3 cup of water and cook until water dries. Grind it to make a paste. Keep aside..
  2. Marinate chicken with dahi+cumin powder(1 tsp)+lemon juice and keep aside..
  3. Now grind to make properly and make a paste keep it aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil and place some marinated chicken pieces.Do not add all the pieces together fry in batches and remove in a bowl. And give charcoal smoke..
  4. In that same kadhai add 1 tbsp more oil when oil is hot put ground tomato paste and saute 2 to 3mins when oil is separated add Turmeric+salt +cumin powder(1 tbsp) saute for some time now add ground onion cashew paste and mix it well. Saute for 5 to 6 mins add ghee/butter..
  5. Then add 1/4 cup of water and saute for 5 mins add 1/4 cup water and saute 5 mins again add 1/4 cup of water and saute 5mins. Now add chicken pieces and milk(1/3 cup)+ water(1/4 cup) and mix it.cover and cook on a low to medium flame for 10 to 12 mins..
  6. After that put malai + chopped coriander leaves and cook 2 mins..
  7. Garnish with some corinder leaves and malai.Serve with naan/Roti/paratha/tandoori roti..
