- Prepare 1 litre of milk.
- It's 1/2 cup of rice.
- It's 1/4 cup of almonds.
- It's 1/4 cup of Saffron sharbat / sugar.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Elaichi powder.
- It's 4 of Laddoo.
Laddoo Almond phirni instructions
- Boil milk in a heavy bottom pot.
- Wash rice and grind in a mixer into a fine paste.
- Grind soaked almonds with the rice paste.
- Add the rice almond paste in milk and stir continuously on low heat so no lumps form.
- When milk thickens add any sharbat of your choice or simply add sugar and cardamom powder and cook for few minutes.
- Crush Laddoo and add in milk and cook again for few minutes.
- Transfer in a serving bowl and garnish with crush Laddoo and almond flakes.
