  3. In a kadai take oil for frying and deep fry the vadas and soak in cold water and after 5 mins squeeze excess water and keep prepared for serving.
  4. In a serving dish take the squeezed vadas spread curd, green chutney, tamarind chutney, chilli powder, chaat masala, sev and pomeogranate seeds and it's ready to serve.
