  1. Marinate boneless chicken chunks with salt and lemon juice for an hour.Heat oil and lightly fry the pieces.Set aside.Meanwhile cube potatoes into small pieces.Heat oil and fry potatoes on low flame.Set aside.In the remaining oil add ghee.Sprinkle ajwain,hing,half crushed whole garam masala.When they crackle,add the onion and fry lightly.Then add the chopped tomato and fry.Add rest of wet and dry masalas,salt,capsicum,green peas,potatoes and toss..
