Ingredients of Fish Curry

  2. It's 5-6 of fish.
  3. It's 1 tbsp of Red chilli Powder.
  4. You need 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of corinder powder.
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of cumin powder.
  7. It's to taste of Salt.
  8. It's 3 pieces of Kokum.
  9. Prepare 2 of tomatoes chopped.
  10. You need 1/4 cup of oil.
  11. It's of Grind together for masala.
  12. It's 1/3 cup of coconut.
  13. It's 6 of curry leaves.
  14. Prepare As needed of Coriander leaves.
  15. It's 2 of green chillies.
  16. It's 4 of garlic cloves.
  17. It's as needed of water.

Fish Curry step by step

  1. Take a kadhai heat oil add curry leaves and cumin seeds now add tomatoes and saute on medium flame for 3 to 4 mins.then mash it with spoon and cook for more 1 to 2mins..
  2. Take grinded masala and add into the tomato and saute for sometimes.now add Turmeric+red chilli powder+salt+corinder powder+cumin powder and mix it well saute for few seconds and add some water..
  3. Bring it to a boil then add washed fish pieces and cook for 10mins on medium flame.Take1/2 tbsp rice flour add water 3 tbsp make a thin batter and add to the salan mix it cook for 1/2 mint(this step is totally optional if u want u can skip this step) and your salan is ready..
