  3. It's few of Coriander leaves.
  4. Prepare few of Curry leaves.
  5. It's to taste of Salt and pepper.
  6. It's as required of Oil for deep frying.
  7. You need 2 cups of thick curd.
  8. It's as required of Chilli powder for garnishing.

  1. Soak urad dal for minimum 30 minutes..
  2. Grind the urad dhal to a smooth paste,not too thick nor semi solid,just a perfect one..
  3. Add finely chopped onion,curry leaves and coriander leaves to the grinded urad dal..
  4. Add salt and pepper.Mix well..
  5. Once the oil is hot make small round and deep fry the vadas..
  6. In a bowl mix curd with salt add the vada and let it marinate for 20 minutes..
  7. Garnish with pepper,chilli powder and coriander leaves and serve..
