- Prepare 500 grams of Bone-in chicken.
- You need 2 of medium sized onions.
- Prepare 2 of mediun sized tomatoes puree.
- It's 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.

- Prepare 2 of cloves.
- Prepare 2 of Green cardamom.

- Prepare 1tsp of matsuri methi.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of sugar.
- It's 3 tablespoons of fresh cream.

- Prepare 1 of lemon juice.
- You need 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.

- Take Chicken. Wash and clean well.. put all the ingredients and let it marinate for at least one hour...
- For Gravy... take one kadai or pot whichever convenient.. add oil or ghee..put all whole garam masala. To it add onions..
- Saute till it becomes pink. Add tomato puree with coriander powder, Kashmiri red Chilli powder, Haldi, Salt. Mix well and saute for about 4 5 mins...
- Now add marinated chicken into it. Keep the flame high. And mix well. Saute till oil leaves all the Masala..
- Now take out the chicken pieces in a plate. Let masala cool down. Grind the masalas into fine paste..
- In that same pan or pot add one teaspoon oil and add grinded masala and chicken pieces.. add cashew paste to it.
- Add the little water if u feel chicken has become dry. Add cream to it. Cover for 10 mins and cook..
- Add kasuri methi and garam Masala. Mix well and serve hot with Naans, rotis or chappatis...
