- Off the flame... Cool it.
- Now take potato add salt in it mix it....
- Make ball.. Flat it.. Put 1 ts stuffing in it... Again ball it.... Roll it in arrarot.....
- Shallow fry it in nonstick pan till crispy golden brown....
- Serve it with imli chutney and green coriander chutney....
Allow the potatoes to cool and then peel them. done! Gently place the patties in the pan and lightly flatten with a flat spatula.
