Ingredients of Caramel Semolina Ladoo
- Prepare 1/2 kg of Semolina.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Edible gum (Gond).
- It's 3 tbsp of Almonds(chopped).
- You need 1/4 cup of Melon seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Coconut (chopped).
- It's 1 cup of Dulce de lecheulce.
- You need 2 cup+ 2 tbsp of Clarified butter.
- Prepare 1 1/2 liters of Milk.
- It's 1.5 cup of Sugar.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Baking soda.
- You need 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence.

Caramel Semolina Ladoo instructions
- Take a big and thick bottom pan or kadhai..
- Add 1/2 cup ghee in it..
- When the ghee becomes hot, fry gum in it. When the gum blossoms and looks crispy, remove it from ghee with the help of a sieve..
- In the same pan roast the Coconut pieces and grind in the mixer. Now roast Dryfruits and roasted well..
- Now add ghee and Semolina (Suji) in the same pan and roast on low flame..
- While semolina is roasting, make the Dulce de leche in another pan..
- We will take a heavy bottom pan. Apply 1 tablespoon of clarified butter in it..
- Now put milk and sugar in it. Boil the milk on high flame. Stir occasionally..
- Milk will start to thicken. it takes approx 50 minutes..
- Now add 1 tablespoon of ghee and stir.Now add baking soda and keep stirring continuously..
- At this time, the foam will appear in very high quantity so keep stirring it..
- The foam will start to finish in 7 to 8 minutes and it's colour turned golden.switch off the gas..
- When the aroma starts coming out of Semolina (Suji) indicates that it is cooked properly..
- Now mix all ingredients well. Allow the mix to cool down..
- Take a small portion from this and shape it like a Ladoos..
