- Now in the sugar syrup add cardamom powder, rose water & few strands of safron & clarify the syrup by adding few drops of lemon juice..
- After that transfer fried dumplings into hot sugar syrum & let them soak the sugar syrup for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish the jamuns with your choice of nuts like pistachio/almonds etc. & these are ready to be Served..
