Jodhpuri paratha step by step

  8. Now take a small portion of the dough make a ball shape then lightly press it and stuff the prepared mixture and close the lid.
  9. Now lightly flatten it now dust some flour on rolling board and roll it make a chapati shape and place on hot tawa.
  10. And shallow fry it both side on medium flame..
  11. Now turn off the flame and remove on a plate and serve with aalu mater curry or any curry and enjoy it..
