  4. Now add the dal paste and oil. Knead a semi-tough dough using little water..
  5. Apply a teaspoon of oil and keep the dough covered to rest for 10-20 minutes..
  6. Pinch a big lemon sized dough ball and roll out a thick circle. Apply few drops of oil, spread and fold into triangle..
  7. Roll out thin parathas..
  8. Heat a tawa, Apply oil or ghee and roast the Parathas..
  9. Flip the paratha and cook on other side as well. Apply some oil and roast on both sides evenly..
