- You need 2 of blanched tomato puree.
- You need 1 tsp of roasted kasoori methi.
- Prepare 1 tsp of fresh chopped coriander.

- Prepare 1 roll of wheat flour or all purpose flour dough.

- Marinate paneer with 1/2 tsp salt,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,roasted cumin,coriander powder and turmeric.
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped onions till pink.add tomato puree.Saute till oil leaves the sides.Put marinated paneer.
- Cook till done.
- Then add diced onion and capsicum with garam masala fresh coriander &kasoori methi.
- Take a plain atta/maida dough.make a normal size chapati.Sprinkle few kalonjis and fresh coriander leaves on top.(optional).
- Apply mint coriander chutney.
- Few chopped onions and then prepared Paneer tikka masala.
- Lastly garnish it with some grated cheese.
