- Method:-Take a besan fennel seeds dry crushed dhanya and add oil salt red chilli powder,and make a tight dough rest for 10 mins. Now take acurd add red chilli powder, turmeric powder ginger chilli garlic paste mix well. keep a side. In a pan take aghee and crackle jeera hing add chopped onion saute add tomato puree. salt stir..
- Now make a small balls from dough and roll like stick ncook in a boiling water for 5-7mins.
- And drain water add water in gravy. and cut all besan boiled sticks in a round cut. and fry 1-2 mins.
- Now add Curd mixture in agravy and stir continuously on mid slow flame and add ghatta in a gravy. add kasuri methi and cook 5-7mins mins. serve hot.
- For Pitthi Paratha:- Take wheat flour rava and besan in aparat and mix all ingrediants. add boiled dal and make tight dough rest for 10 mins and roll paratha roast with ghee and serve with ghatta sabji.
