Ingredients of Date Rolls !!

1. You need 250 gms of Dates.
2. Prepare 1 cup of Roughly Chopped Roasted Nuts(almond,pista, cashew,walnuts).
3. You need of As required Roasted Poppy Seeds (Khus Khus).

1. Roast nuts for 2 to 3 mins, keep aside to cool and then roughly chop. Roast poppy seeds for 1min, remove in a plate and keep aside..
2. Remove seeds from dates and make a paste of it by using mixer grinder or alternatively you can easily smash them with hands..
3. Take dates in a mixing bowl and add roughly chopped roasted nuts to it. Mix well. Grease hands with little ghee and make cylindrical shape long roll. Smoothen roll in a plate..
4. Coat the roll properly with poppy seeds and keep the roll in refrigerator to set for at least an hour..
5. Remove from refrigerator and cut in 1/2 inch slices..
6. Healthy, delicious Date Rolls are ready to serve..
