Paneer Tikka Masala:- step by step
- Combine the all ingredients for the marinate and whisk well..
- Add paneer cubes, onion cubes, tomato cubes and capsicum cubes.
- Keep aside for 1 hour..
- Thread the marinated paneer, onion, tomato, capsicum cubes onto skewers..
- Heat oil on a tawa and place the skewers on it..
- Fry until both the sides are brown. Heat oil in a pan..
- Add chopped onion and saute till browned..
- Add chopped tomato till it becomes tender and pulpy..
- Add garlic paste, cashew paste, salt, Cumin-coriander-red chilli powder, cook till the oil separates..
- Add kasuri methi powder, garam masala, milk and cream and cook for sometime..
- Add paneer-onion-tomato-capsicum cubes and stir gently..
- Add butter before serving..
