- To prepare pattice take 3 large boiled potatoes, mash it using fork and add 1 tablespoon soaked poha or cooked rice, 1 tsp Turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, salt as per taste and mix it will.
- Form a smooth dough and shape it into a pattice and fry on pan with medium heat till golden brown in colour both the sides.
- Now to make a ragda..in a pressure cooker add 1 cup soaked white peas,1 and 1/2 cup water,1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, salt as per taste and pressure cook it for 5 whistles, once cooled mash the mixture well and ragda is ready.
- To prepare tamarind chutney in a pan take 1/2 cup tamarind pulp, 1 tablespoon powdered jaggery, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt as required, add little water and cook it on low flame till thick consistency like honey and dark brown in colour tamarind chutney is ready..
- To prepare green chutney, in a grinding jar add 1 cup chopped coriander, 1/2 cup mint and 3 green chillies and grind to a smooth paste with little water, green chutney is ready.
- Now it's a time for plating,so first we need to spread ragda on a plate, arrange two pieces of pattice over it, spread green chutney and tamarind chutney as per ur taste, add finely chopped onion, tomato,sev, sprinkle some chaat masala and garnish with finely chopped coriander.(if sev is not available options are any mixture sev, crushed fried papad or crushed potato wafers if not anything still it taste great)..
