- Prepare 1 of big Bread packet.
- You need 1 liter of milk.
- Prepare 300 grams of Mawa.

Shahi Tukda step by step
- Take bread slices apply ghee on both side with a butter knife and toast it on a pan from both sides and keep aside..
- Take big dekchi and heat milk in it.once milk boil add milk powder + sugar (add as per your taste) + Milkmaid + kaju powder + mawa(keep aside remaining mawa for later use)..
- And cook it on low to medium by stirring continuously (about 15 to 20 mins)..
- Add saffron and turn the flame to low leave it for 5 mins then mix it nicely and cook again for 5 mins and turn off the flame..
- Now take toasted bread slice and cut into triangle shape..
- Dip in a milk mixture and remove and place in a plate put crumbled mawa and pistachio on top of the dipped bread. Repeat the process with all the slices..
- Pour leftover milk mixture on all the bread slices..
- Your Shahi Tukda is ready to melt in your mouth...
