Ingredients of Pan Paneer tikka
- Prepare 200 gm of Paneer cut into 1 inch piece.
- Prepare 1 of large onion cut into 1 inch piece.
- It's 1 of green capsicum cut into 1 inch piece.
- Prepare 1 cup of curd.
- You need 1/2 tsp of each garam masala.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Chat masala.
- You need 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of each tandoori masala.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's 50 gm of Butter.
- Prepare as needed of Skewer or toothpick.

- Mix all dry masala with curd and give it a nice mix, then add lemon juice and mix well.
- Put your diced paneer into the curd mix and coat it well and let it marinate for 1 hour...
- Also add your capsicum and onion into it and mix well..
- Stirr in between one or two time..
- Refrigerate for 1/2 hour..
