Ingredients of Mutton Fry
- Prepare 250 gm of Mutton.
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger.
- It's 1 tsp of Garlic.
- It's 1 tsp of Khus khus.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Coriander seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1 of Onion.
- It's 2 of Green chillies.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
- It's 1 tsp of Chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Turmeric.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
Mutton Fry instructions
- Wash mutton and keep aside..meanwhile grind coriander seeds, cumin seeds, onion, green chillies, ginger garlic into paste and keep aside.
- Boil the mutton with little ginger garlic paste chilli powder salt turmeric.
- In a pan add oil and onions slit green chillies..to this add the ground paste..fry till rawness is gone..then add the boiled mutton til it's charred.
